We began with a single truck and a few units, and that's still how we operate. When you reach out, you talk to me or someone I'd send to my own home. We're a family operation, so if something isn't right with a unit, we take responsibility and correct it that same day.
The entire schedule lives on one board in our office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we tell you Tuesday morning, that's exactly when we show up. If anything changes, I reach out to you before you need to reach out to us.
